This jumble of decommissioned equipment is probably the inside of one of the radio stereo control vehicles.

Yes Indeed this is the right hand side of the Calrec Stereo Sound Desk aboard the TYPE B Radio OB Van. The cover is over the console and faders but you can see mono compressors on the left, the PPMs, the talkback mic and the “insert” jackfield on the right. This was a hard working van that did a lot of music and religious broadcasts in the Eighties and Nineties.
